Illustrated Model A Body Styles
Information in parenthesis describes the car in the photo.
"N/A" indicates that there were no cars made in the particular body style in the years shown at the top of the column.
In most cases the "A" or "B" applies to 28/29, and 30/31, respectively. In four door cars, A indicates '28/'29 Murray body, B indicates '28/29 Briggs body, C indicates '30/early '31 Murray body, D indicates '30/early '31 Briggs body. Many of the photos show white wall tires, which were not original equipment on Model A Fords. (Some original Ford advertisements show white walls on Model As, but these were artist's drawings, and it is doubtful that any left the factory that way.)
